This shawl is undergoing a redesign and rewrite! Please watch for a re-release in fall 2021!

fall to spring is a deceptively easy three-color crescent shawl punctuated with pale yellow eyelet and narrow garter rows that bring to mind the colors of nature during the fall season here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Wrap and warm yourself in the colors of autumn as the greens yield to yellows and browns, and then enjoy them once again as the greens and yellows re-emerge in springtime.

Sample was knit on 32” US 6 circular needles using Knit Picks versatile Palette fingering (100%Peruvian Highland Wool); one skein each of Cornmeal, Celadon Heather, and Briar Heather. Feel free to use other color combinations! A US 7 DPN is recommended for a stretchy BO.

Stitches/techniques: CO, K, P, K1fb, P1fb, YO, K2tog, BO, and weaving in multiple ends due to striped fabric.
