This dress will fit a 3.25 inch porcelain dollshouse baby doll. The gown has been designed with a back opening so that it can be removed.

The front and back are made separately then sewn together at the shoulder with the sleeve, neck and back opening edges added afterwards.

The lace pattern is over 8 rows with 4 of them being just purl stitches so this little gown has appealed to mini-knitters who want to try something that isn’t plain.

It looks stunning made in silk even though some of the stitch definition is lost however the skirt drapes so beautifully that it is often used just draped over a bed in the dollshouse nursery.
