The Fascino (“charm” or “enchantment” in Italian) takes its cue from old Hollywood glamour. Think vintage stoles worn by stars like Marilyn Monroe and Ava Gardner with a modern update and, of course, no fur. Layer this versatile and cozy piece over a dress or sweater on a cool day or for added warmth under a coat on a cold one. The Fascino provides the perfect television knitting project: the dramatic Sugar Scallop trim is surprisingly easy and fun, and simple and step-by-step instructions are included for the one-row buttonhole. And because the piece is knit in Super Bulky yarn, you’ll be finished before you know it and ready to model your gorgeous new shoulder warmer!

(Note: If you’re unsure about sizing, I’d suggest taking a scarf and wrapping it around you similarly to how the Fascino is shown in the photos. Hold with your finger and then measure the length and pick the closest size. Alternatively, if you would like your wrap to button further down on your chest, go up a size.)
