This pattern includes instructions to make both a faux fur stole and a faux fur headband using basic crochet stitches. Both projects can be completed quickly even by a crochet beginner. If you haven’t worked with faux fur yarn before, you are in for a treat. It is so soft and fun to use. But you will need to feel for the stitches as the stitches themselves are virtually impossible to see. The chinchilla color I used for this project was nice because the fur is white, but the spine is dark, so it was easier to see where the stitches originated. But in most cases, you can feel for the stitch and the post and work your stitches accordingly. The yarn is very forgiving given the furry texture. So, even if you miss a stitch or misplace it, your project should turn out beautifully. Two quick and easy projects that were completed with a total of only 130yds/120m of yarn.
