A small patchwork chart which can be added into any flat-worked garter project, or used to make a small square of fabric to affix to clothing or bags. Great for protesting in any weather.

I used many small scraps from my stash, knitting the letters in warm colors with the background in blues and greens. You can do whatever you want with colors and weight. I used about 65 yards of fingering weight yarn.

There are three charts, simple with one background color and each letter its own color. The second chart is withe shape approximations for a more scrappy feel. Third chart is the simple one but just with symbols for easy printing.

Each row on the chart is a garter ridge, so follow the same row on the front and back of the piece.
