This is the fourth in a series of 4 market bags designed to accommodate the the size of your purchases. This bag is meant for really big trips for essentials.
The all over lace flower design begins with a pinhole cast on and grows from there. The design increases until it reaches the desired circumference then is worked straight to the desired height. This design is both charted and written. I cord handles are woven in and out of the top lace motif to create a drawstring bag which can be close completely or left open to accommodate overflow purchases.

About the pattern:
2 I-cords to create drawstring s: 36”/91 cm
Main body (unstretched) 30”/76 cm x 15”/38 cm.
Bottom circle: 9”/23 cm diameter

Gauge is 25 sts/36 r = 4 ½ ” before machine wash & dry and
4” (10 cm) in stockinette after machine wash & dry
Gauge is not critical for this project but any change in gauge will affect yarn requirements and overall size.
