MATERIALS and INSTRUMENTS:
1. Yarn for crocheting and decoration (Weight category 2: Fine, Type Sport, 5 ply, 12 wpi):

  • main color - sand/beige/milk/coffee (for head, body and paws);
  • white (for eyes);
  • brown (for nose);
  • fluffy yarn for breast+belly, ears and tail. I use: ·Alize Cotton Gold (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 361yards/330m; 3,53oz/100g) color 55 white, 493 brown; ·Yarn Art Jeans (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 175yards/160m; 1,76oz/50g) color 07 creme brulee; ·Alize Softy (100% micropolyester; 126yards/115m; 1,76oz/50g) color 310 honey (if this yarn isn’t available to you, use another, but as much as possible similar in weight, footage and thickness to mine);
  1. Thin black yarn for embroidery mouth and eye lashes. I use Yarn Art Iris (100% cotton; 151yards/138m; 0,7oz/20g) color 935 black. You can use other yarn of suitable thickness or yarn for embroidery;
  2. Crochet hook (I use 2mm size, size B to USA classification. If you crochet with other types of yarn, choose the size of crochet hook suitable for yarn’s thickness);
  3. Plastic eyes on the secure mount (10mm/0,39inches size) - 2 pieces (pay attention that if you crochet with thicker/thinner yarn, you need larger/smaller eyes);
  4. Stuffing materials (I use hollow fiber);
  5. Scissors;
  6. Needles for sewing (blunt end, metal or plastic) and for pinning details.
