Once upon a time a knitter could not go to a fiber festival. There were no fairy godmothers in sight, so a friend who went to the festival picked out a beautiful skein of wool and silk yarn for the home-bound knitter. This beautiful yarn inspired the Fiber Festival Stole.

Size
19 x 80 inches
Blocking technique (more or less stretching) will affect the size.
Adding more stitches per row will make it wider (2 stitch multiple).
Change the number of rows knitted to change the length (7 row repeat).

Gauge
14 st and 18 rows in 4 inches of the lace pattern
Gauge is not very important.
