Uses small quantities of 5 different colors of worsted or arun-weight yarn. Embroider french knots and add colorful beads, buttons, ribbons or pom-poms.

Update: Some people have expressed concern about adding beads, buttons and ribbons because they could be a choking hazard. Please make sure they are securely fastened. You might consider knitting them right into your work.

Or try what Hanksmom did and knit bobbles and/or use fun fur yarn, to give your sleeve an interesting texture. I am amazed at all the wacky and wonderful variations people have come up with!
