Errata
Header and footer has initial sock pattern name used during testing (Country Socks). Name was changed for final version to Field of Wheat Socks.

Sock features: moccasin toe, Y” gusset on sole, double heel turn, “Wheat Bundles” stitch pattern, and inverted “V” back of heel. Pattern is written for Magic loop method, but can be worked with 2 circular needles or double-points.

Sizes S(M/L); TS = foot 52(61); leg 54(63). Fit similar to stockinette sock.

Measurements finished M/L sock: ½ circumference measured flat, ~ 3⅜ “ (8.6 cm), ½ heel diagonal circumference, 4 ¾” (12.1 cm), ½ leg circumference 3 ¼” (8.3 cm), foot length 9 ½” (24.1 cm).

Yarn: Plucky Knitter Feet Fingering; 370 yd/100g; sw merino 90%, recycled nylon 10%; colors Winter Halo, Roasted Pumpkin. About 90 g total for pair of M/L socks, 60 MC, 30 CC.

Needle: 2.25 mm circular needle

Gauge: Stockinette in the round ~ 8.5 sts, 11 rounds per inch (~33.5 sts, 43 rounds per 10 cm)

Other: 2 closed stitch markers, 1 open stitch marker, optional stitch holder

Experience - toe-up construction, chart reading, a shifting BOR to work repeat stitch pattern in the round.
