Find your luck socks
These Find Your Luck Socks combine self-striping sock yarn with a colorwork clover motif of just 15 to 17 rounds. The pattern is easy to knit and therefore ideal for beginners in colorwork. It requires little effort and time, yet creates a beautiful effect, as the final result is every bit as impressive as full Fair Isle socks. For the original design, I created a chart featuring an everyday three-leaf clover, because personally it makes me much happier (I love ordinary things!) than the four-leaf clover that is commonly seen as the symbol of good luck. But as I discovered, tastes differ, so in this updated version you can choose between both clover charts. So choose whatever makes you happy!

The instructions in this pattern booklet are combined under one heading and marked with colors: (Dutch), (English), and (German). Because the instructions for knitting the heel and toe are a bit more extensive, I’ve created separate pages for each language there. It’s all very straightforward. For DPNs, Magic Loop and short circulars
This cuff down sock pattern with shadow wrap short row heel is super fun and quick to knit. It is suitable for knitting with DPNs, magic loop and short circulars. The instructions for these different type of needles are clearly indicated in the text.

Sizes
The pattern contains instructions for 4 width sizes:

• S and M (60sts for cuff, 64 sts for colorwork)
• L (64 sts for cuff, 72 sts for colorwork)
• XL (68 sts for cuff 80 sts for colorwork)

combined with the following length sizes:

• EU sizes 36-45
• US sizes 4.5-13 (f)
• UK sizes 3-10.5

The pattern includes a chart to help you easily determine your personal sock size.

Materials
You can choose any selfstriping sock yarn (70-90 grams) you like, with a gauge of 30x42, by 10x10 cm. You also need some additional sock yarn to knit the two-tone clover pattern (2 x 10-15 grams).
