A warm & cosy pair of mittens, designed to compliment the matching hat and cowl.

I have designed them with just two shades of Jamieson’s Spindrift but they could be made using multiple colours for a fairisle look.

You will need just over one ball of your chosen background colour (I used 28g for the background), plus one ball of a contrast colour.

They are 9.75” long and will fit a hand measuring approx. 7.5” round - you can adjust the size a little by changing your needle size up or down.

Worked in the round on circular needles (or short DPNs), they feature a gusseted thumb towards the palm side of the glove.

I hope you enjoy making them as much as I did and I’d love to see your version! Don’t forget to tag me and use the hashtag #findingbalancemittens

Happy Knitting!!
