Fittonia Cowl is a complement to the Fittonia Sweater. It is also a great option to get familiar with the stitch pattern before knitting the sweater.

Gauge: 22 sts x 28 rnds = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4”) in slip stitch pattern worked in the round, after blocking.

Suggested Needle Sizes
Main Fabric: 4 mm / 40 cm circular needles (US 6 / 16”), or size needed to obtain gauge.
Ribbing: 3.5 mm / 40 cm circular needles (US 4 / 16”), or 0.5 mm smaller than the main needles.

Rosários 4 Balada, sport weight (140 m / 50 g; 251 yd / 1.75 oz; 45% cotton, 55% superwash merino).

Optional: Rosários 4 Aurora, lace weight (210 m / 25 g; 229 yd / 0.88 oz; 70% kid mohair, 30% silk).

Note: You may choose to hold a strand of Aurora together with Balada to add a soft halo, extra lightness, and a fluffier texture to the fabric. If you prefer a crisper stitch definition and a cooler feel against the skin, you can also knit the project using Balada alone.

200 m / 220 yd, or 2 balls of Rosários 4 Balada and 1 ball of Rosários 4 Aurora.
