The pattern is written as a one-size-fits-most pattern using lace crochet motifs that can stretch to fit a variety of body shapes and sizes. Additional suggestions are provided to increase or decrease the size as desired. The A-line tunic tank with scalloped perimeter trim can be worn as a spring or summer bathing suit cover-up, or layered over contrasting camisoles for a beautiful lacy, bohemian look. The lightweight top can also be layered under jackets or other sweaters during the cooler months. A great addition to your wardrobe.

Finished Size
Laid flat after blocking (unstretched), the garment measures 32”(81cm) from top of strap to bottom of hemline and 24”(60cm) from neckline to hem. The neck opening is about 10”(25cm) across. The straps fall about 5”(12.5cm) from the top of shoulder. The garment is about 16”(40cm) across from underarm to underarm, increasing to 24”(60cm) across at the waist and 30”(75cm) across at the hemline.

A note about sizing: The pattern is written as a “one-size-fits-most” pattern and the garment can comfortably fit most frames between M-XL as written. The motifs have significant ability to stretch and will adapt to many body shapes given the way the motifs are joined. For smaller frames, you can use a 3.5mm hook for a slightly tighter fit. To make a slightly larger garment, you can increase the hook size to 5.0mm or add one more round to the motif to increase its overall width. I also provide a few other suggestions throughout the pattern to loosen or tighten the fit as needed.
