I absolutely love Plötulopi yarn. It is so light yet incredibly warm.
Knitting with it held double makes an almost waterproof knit which is great when spending time outdoors in cold or rainy weather.

The Floral Tapestry Hat is knitted holding 2 strands of Plötulopi yarn together, making for a thick & warm hat.
It can be knitted using 2 strands of Nutiden, or a single strand of Letlopi or Worsted yarn using the same gauge.
The gauge for this pattern is 20x23 = 4”

Needles required:
3.5mm and 4mm circular needles of different lengths or DPNs.

The rim has a diamond-like design using an easy single stitch cable.

Like the Floral Tapestry Sweater it can be knitted using your own color choices.

CC : Golden yellow heather (1424) 50g ± 170 yards
MC color 1: Dark Amber Heather (1426) 10 g ± 15 yards
MC color 2: Wine Red (2027) 10 g ± 15 yards
MC color 3: Plum Heather (1428) 10 g ± 15 yards
MC color 4: Dark Grey Heather (9103) 25 g ± 85 yards
MC color 5: Spruce Green Heather (1421) 5g ± 8 yards
MC color 6: Clover Green Heather (1423) <1 g ± 1.5 yards

The yardage is for Plötulopi held double. if knitting with Lettlopi or any worsted yarn, only half the amount is needed.
