FLOW_LOOP_V_NECK is a timeless v-neck sweater with a contemporary and refined appearance.

The sweater is worked in a vertical structural pattern of narrow cables, where the lines flow together and create a calm graphic effect. A wide edge in cabled loops and a distinctive saddle shoulder that runs from the back and down the sleeves, give the design extra character and emphasize the construction. A clean expression with subtle details and elegant finishes.

The sweater is worked from top to bottom. First stitches are cast on for mid-back/neck, then the piece is worked back and forth, first across the left shoulder and then the right shoulder. Then stitches are picked up for the back piece, which is worked back and forth. The back piece is shaped with short rows and finished with increases for the armholes. Stitches are then picked up for the front shoulder pieces, which are worked back and forth, first with short rows and then with increases for the v-neck. The neckband is incorporated into the piece along the way. The body is then joined and worked in the round and finished with a wide hem of narrow cables. Stitches are picked up along the armholes and resting stitches are placed on the needle for the sleeves, which are worked in the round. Sleeves are shaped with a lovely decreasing detail towards the wrist/cuff. The whole piece is worked with vertical lines made up of narrow cables.
