Flowerfest Mittens are a part of an ebook call Five Floral Mittens. Along with Flowerfest Mittens, you will get the patterns for Carmelita Mittens, Floria Mittens, Wild Flower Mittens, and Floriculture Mittens.

Flowerfest Mittens start with a Latvian Braid Cast On and a charted colorwork cuff worked in the round. For the body of the mitten, work from the main mitten chart and the gusset/thumb chart which adds stitches to create the gusset. Once it’s large enough you put the gusset stitches on hold and finish the mitten body. Lastly, work the thumb to the end following the chart.
