The Extra-Oversize Flowers Sweater has gone through many modifications before becoming the sweater of dreams. Its generous volume combined with an unexpected lightness makes it a piece that is destined to become one of the most loved items in your wardrobe.

The sweater is based on a stranded colorwork pattern that is maintained throughout the entire garment.

The entire sweater is worked seamlessly in the round as a single piece, using the steek technique.

Steeking is a method of knitting in the round (typically used in stranded colorwork) where a small section of additional stitches - usually 5-7 stitches (in this pattern, 5 stitches) - is worked and later cut open after finishing the knitting. This technique makes it possible to work complex colorwork in the round without interruptions. The steek stitches are also worked in a 1×1 colorwork pattern.

The armholes and neckline are formed using steeks. The shoulder slope is shaped through gradual, step-by-step bind-offs.

The sleeves are worked together with the body of the sweater in the round using additionally cast-on stitches.
