Pattern Inspiration:
This pattern was inspired by the element of Water. Fluenta means “flowing” in Latin, which I thought fit perfectly with the rippled stitch pattern and the pooling of the cowl around the neck.

Basic Information:
Pattern is written in US crochet terms.
Yarn: DK weight (weight 3). Approximately 215/250 yards. I used Explorer Knits Rockies DK (274 yards/100g) for my samples. Yardage will vary for custom sizing.
Hook: 4.5 mm, or size needed to meet gauge.
Finished size: After blocking, Small - about 20” circumference, Large - about 26” circumference, both about 11” deep. Custom instructions are also included.
Gauge: Before blocking, 8 rows = 4” tall. Stitch gauge is difficult to measure in a rippled pattern, and is not critical for this design.
