The Fluffy Fleece Vest is an oversized teddy-style vest with the look of a fleece vest. The dropped shoulders, generous positive ease, and wide armholes make it wearable over both a fitted shirt and a sweater.

The vest is knitted top down with a single strand of Yarn A. Initially, stitches are cast on for the back and knitted in stockinette stitch with increases for the armholes. Then, stitches are cast on at the shoulders and the neckline is shaped for the front edgings. All parts are joined under the armholes, and the rest of the vest is knitted in stockinette stitch. Finally, the edges of the armholes and the entire outer border of the vest are finished with an I-cord made from Yarn B
