Forest Stroll Outfit
There are many teddy bears out there.
As a designer, I wanted my own version. A bear that was knit in the round with minimal seaming, one that I could create little outfits for, and one that had a face to melt hearts.
This is My Little Bear! =)
~~~~~~~
•In this listing: Instructions are included for both the My Little Bear and his Forest Stroll Outfit. You will receive 2 separate PDF downloads.
•The bear is also available on his own, with no clothing. Or, there are other ebooks & listings available that include more/different clothing.
The pattern is recommended for intermediate level knitters who are comfortable working in the round.
Most parts of the bear, as well as his hat, are knit in the round. The ears, tail & jacket are knit flat.
The bear is constructed using Aran/medium weight yarn and US 5 (3.75mm) DPNs. It measures 9” tall standing and 6.5” sitting.
The clothing is constructed with DK/Light Worsted weight yarn. The jacket uses both US 5 DPNS & straight needles. The hat uses US 6 DPNs.
The bear PDF is 9 pages long, the clothing PDF is 6 pages long. Both include photos to assist you.
