This mitt pattern is based on my sock pattern. I was challenged by a friend who loves knitting fingerless mitts to convert some of my sock patterns to items that she would prefer to knit.

This pattern is written with three sizes, so there are options to adjust size and fit by either knitting a different size or changing needle size and/or gauge.

A NOTE ABOUT MOSAIC KNITTING: Mosaic knitting frequently is tighter than stockinette. My testers found that they needed to change needle size to accommodate this; I did not. Knitter, Know Thyself! Or be willing to swatch.

You will need one 50-gm ball of fingering weight to make these mitts, and a small amount of contrast color (less than 25 gms).
