This versatile infinity scarf (worked in the round) may be worn many ways; as a long infinity scarf, looped to form a soft cowl, over the head and looped to provide maximum protection from the cold.

Hikoo Rylie (50% Baby Alpaca, 25% Mulberry Silk, 25% Linen, 274 yds/100 g per skein) was used - 2 skeins color 089 Seaglass and 1 skein color 091 Sandbar. When substituting yarn keep in mind it should provide a soft, fluid drape.

The Seaglass lace borders gradually transition to Sandbar incorporating an elongated stockinette stitch and eyelets with a rivulet of Seaglass in the center to simulate the appearance of a frozen stream.

The infinity loop may be eliminated by simply not twisting the work before joining.
