Meet our latest Scrap Yarn Challenge, Gaby the Uni-Cow. This stash busting project is perfect if you have some spare DK yarn. In June I challenged our followers to let me know what they thought 50g of sparkly blue yarn and 20g of cream DK yarn should be and our favourite idea was as knitted up and named after the person who suggested it. So meet Gaby the Uni-Cow, a cow featuring all the magical powers of a unicorn.

You can get involved with our next SYC (scrap yarn challenge) on Instagram, find us at @sincerelylouise.

This pattern is knitted flat and sewn up with a mattress stitch. It uses a loop stitch and a photo tutorial is included. A cardboard cut out is also required to finish this project and a template is included too.
