This is a top-down sweater that is knitted starting from the neckline.
Using circular needles, both the body and the sleeves are worked in the round.
The sweater begins with a provisional cast-on.
Except for the ribbing at the neckline, sleeves, and hem, the entire piece is worked in stockinette stitch.
Short rows at the neckline are worked using the German short row method.
This pattern is also recommended for those trying a top-down sweater for the first time.

首の編み進む引き返し編みは、ドイツ式引き返し編みを使っています。

このセーターは当初、Atelier YARN のモヘア糸で編まれていましたが、現在は廃番となっているため、代替としておすすめの糸を掲載しています。
