About This Pattern
I created this pattern as a variation on my fingering weight pullover pattern - Magic Garden - available here: MAGIC GARDEN.

Garden Gate is a cardigan pattern for those who are ready for a little bit of a challenge as it uses both three color stranded knitting and steeking. The pattern is fun and rustic - perfect to grab for everyday wear.

The sample was made with Cascade 220, a non-superwash worsted weight yarn. Consider trying non-superwash yarn for this project. Superwash would work too - like Hand Dyed Diva Worsted - but this is a great project for employing the superpowers of non-superwash yarns. Their properties will help your stranded knitting, and can also be a benefit when steeking.

Please share your finished projects! I would love to see them - and other people would love to find inspiration in your work!

Sending you yarn joy!

xoxo
