An absolutely adorable hat for going to a tea party or hanging out in the garden!

This CROCHET PATTERN is for a wide brimmed hat for 18inch dolls such as American Girl. Difficulty is experienced beginner (not a great first project) and comes with conversational style instructions (but I do use standard American abbreviations) and over 12 color photos. The finished product is about 9inches across and 3inches high. This project does require blocking and starching but I give in-depth instructions if you have not done either before. The hat requires cotton or cotton blend yarn that is size 2 or Fine.
