OVERVIEW
This garter stitch jacket is buttonless and has long set-in sleeves, and a crew neck. It’s knitted bottom-up and has a Back, 2 Fronts, and 2 sleeves. All pieces are worked separately. The pockets are worked into the Fronts at the end. The pattern is in 3 sizes, S1, S2 and S3 and where instructions differ, the sizes are separated by forward slashes. Where only 1 figure is given, it pertains to all sizes. The pattern is shown in S1. For bigger sizes than given, here, you may use thicker needles and the same yarn, or thicker needles and thicker yarn. Written instructions are the same for right-handed knitting, unless otherwise stated.

MATERIALS

1. Approx. 13 x 50g skeins of light fingering/3ply yarn held double throughout.
2. S4 mm (US6/UK8) straight knitting needles.
3. S4 mm circular needle.
4. St markers, yarn needle, scissors, tape measure.
