This relaxed silhouette Gathered Collared Dress with pointed collar is the perfect transitional Spring or cooler Summer staple. The collar and sleeves feature same lace pattern as gathered skirt which fits every body shape.
The dress is worked from the top down in the round, seamless, using Stockinette and Lace patterns.
You can knit the dress and sleeves to the length you require.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.
Sts used: K, p, yo, ssk, k2tog, cdd, slwyf.

MATERIALS REQUIRED
• 12 (16) x 50g balls 1920 (2560) m or 2100 (2800) yds using Drops Safran (31 colour shade) or any other cotton (50g - 160m ball).
NOTE If you substitute another yarn, please check gauge (tension) and yardage.
• 1 Circular needle 3.00mm x length 80cm (US 2 ½).
• 1 Circular needle 3.00mm x length 110cm (US 2 ½).
NOTE needle size is only a guide- if you get too many stitches on 10cm, take a larger needle size. If you get too few stitches on 10cm, take a smaller needle size.
• 1 Tapestry needle.
• 9 Stitch Markers.

ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS AFTER WASHING AND BLOCKING
Dress flat width (just below armhole) - 45 (50) cm/ 17 ¾ (19 ¾) ins.
Dress length (from top of the shoulders) - 100 (103) cm / 39 ½ (40 ½) ins.
Sleeve length (from top of the shoulders) - 34 (36) cm / 13 ¾ (14) ins.

The pattern is in 2 sizes. It is photographed in S/M size option. Pattern is written for smallest size with changes to bigger in parentheses. Different colour font use represents different size: Green – S/M, Orange – L/XL. Numbers in Black colour font represent both sizes.

GAUGE (Tension): 25 sts and 32 rows = 10cm (4ins), measured over Stockinette st, (garment being blocked), using 3.00mm (US 2 ½) needle or size required to give correct tension.
NOTE It’s very important to check your gauge (tension) before starting as working to the wrong tension will mean your garment won’t be size shown.
