Gem Bandit is the sister blanket to Jewel Thief, the squares are the same size so you can mix and match from both patterns.

The squares are worked individually using the mosaic knitting technique, this means that you are only ever working with one yarn at a time and the only stitches you need to know are K1 and Sl1.

The pattern includes instructions for eight different squares, all of the squares have both written and charted instructions.

Materials:

Maximum of 35yds / 32m of each MC and CC per square.
A baby blanket comprising of 16 squares would require 560yds of each MC and CC.
A larger throw comprising of 64 squares would require 2,240yds of each MC and CC.

Finished Measurements:

5” / 12.5cm square once blocked.
