Sciarpa Gisella è realizzata a coste inglesi bicolori.

La sciarpa ha 3 colori che vengono combinati tra di loro e lavorati a blocchi.

Per le coste inglesi bicolore si lavorano sempre due ferri nella stessa direzione prima un colore e poi l’altro colore.

Altra caratteristica è che double-face, quindi indossabile da entrambi i lati, i colori risulteranno invertiti.

Per facilitare il lavoro uso un contagiri.
Dopo aver lavorato il primo ferro, inserisco un marcapunti nel primo punto del primo ferro, segnalando i ferri dispari.

La sciarpa è realizzata in piano con ferri di andata e ritorno, nelle spiegazioni vengono indicate per ogni ferro la direzione del lavoro e ogni punto.

Ho scelto Drops Air e l’ho lavorata con i ferri circolari n. 6.
La sciarpa risulta morbidissima e piacevole sulla pelle.

Finita misura 163 cm di lunghezza 22 cm di larghezza, ho utilizzato 3 gomitoli di filato di 3 colori diversi (circa 414 metri)

E’ possibile ripetere i blocchi per ottenere una sciarpa più lunga.

GISELLA SCARF – ENGLISH VERSION

The Gisella scarf is knitted in a two colored English rib stitch.
The scarf has 3 colors that are combined with each other and worked in blocks.

The two colored English ribs are always worked with two rows in the same direction, first one color and then the other.

Another feature is that it is double-sided, so it can be worn on both sides, with the colors reversed.

To facilitate the work, I use a stitch marker. After working the first row, insert a stitch marker in the first stitch of the first row, marking the odd rows.

The shawl is worked flat, back and forth, in the explanations the direction of work and each stitch are indicated for each row.

I chose Drops Air and I knitted it with needles no. 6.00
The scarf is very soft and pleasant on the skin.

Finished size is about length 163 cm (64.17 inches), width 22 cm (8.66 inches), about 414 meters or 452,76 yards. I used 3 donut balls of Drops Air yarn in 3 different colors.

You can repeat the blocks to create a longer scarf.
