This dress / sweater is meant to be fitted. There is no ease built into the pattern.
I recommend choosing a size as close as possible to your own bust circumference. A little positive or negative ease is welcome.
Warning: Make sure the size you choose will fit your upper arms, as the sleeve slipped stitch fabric does not stretch much.
