This beanie is a simple project knitted with straight or circular needles, flat or in the round (both patterns are given). When worked flat, finishing includes sewing.

The decor in contrasting color is optional and is added with a crochet hook on the finished beanie (can be omitted if preferred plain). A photo tutorial is included in the pattern to better explain how to add the decor.

The pattern requires light yarn (DK, light worsened) 55/70 gr ca. (depending on size) for the beanie, and medium yarn 10/15gr ca. for the contrasting color decor.

The pattern is easy for experienced, intermediate for beginners as it uses slipped stitches.
