Golden Wattle
To celebrate Australia’s native plants, the Golden Wattle (Australia’s floral emblem) is offered as a free crochet pattern. Enjoy making it, and check out my other designs, all featuring Australian native plants and animals.

Materials
1x 50g ball of 8ply yellow yarn
1x 50g ball of 8ply green yarn
3.25mm crochet hook
Stuffing
2 x pieces of 22 gauge wire (approx 45cm long) for grouping the flowers
6x pieces of 22 gauge wire (approx 23cm long)
2x pieces of 20 gauge wire for final assembly (approx 23cm long)
Scissors
Fabric glue or hot glue gun
Tape
