Suggested Yarns: any worsted weight. for the examples in the pattern we used:

Wool and the Gang Shiny Happy Cotton in Land of Oz and Chalk Yellow (as sen in the photo)
Malabrigo Rios in Black and Aries or Playa and Frank Ochre

2 colors worsted weight yarn, approximately 210-250 yards each color for the shawl and also 210-250 yards each color for the scarf

24” to 32” circular needles between a size 7 and 9
One button (1/2-3/4 inch) for shawl

APPROXIMATE FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

Shawl: approximately 27-29” x 31” x 47” (16” deep)
Scarf: approximately 66”x7-7.5” (instructions to make various sizes)
