El gorro Madriz se teje desde el elástico, retorcido, hasta la corona. En el cuerpo del gorro se tejen unas hojas de madroño, árbol emblemático para la ciudad de Madrid, y se termina con unas disminuciones que dan forma de estrella a la corona del gorro.

Técnicas utilizadas
Para poder tejer el gorro Madriz tendrás que saber tejer punto derecho, punto revés y punto retorcido, deslizar puntos, hacer aumentos y disminuciones, montar puntos y cerrarlos, tejer trenzas o cables, y trabajar con mini agujas circulares o agujas de doble punta o conocer el método magic loop.

Talla 1 (recién nacido): 35 cm (14 pulgadas).
Talla 2 (bebé): 40cm (16 pulgadas).
Talla 3 (niño de 1 a 3 años): 45 cm (18 pulgadas).
Talla 4 (niño mayor de 3 años): 47’5 cm (19 pulgadas).
Talla 5 (adulto S/M): 52’5 cm (21 pulgadas).
Talla 6: (adulto L): 57’5 cm (23 pulgadas).

Lana
Lana grosor fingering (100 gr, 400 m), en un color sólido o semisólido; yo he utilizado lana de &Point, en su calidad cocoon (70% merino extrafino y 30%mulberry silk) en el color “caldero”, y lana grosor lace; yo he utilizado lana marca Filatura di crosa Golden Line superior (70% cashmere, 25% seda, 5% lana) en el color 106 (25 gr, 300 m). Ambas lanas se tejerán juntas.
