The Grace Tee is a simple, classic raglan tee in stockinette stitch with a subtle V-neck. The tee is knitted seamlessly, from top to bottom. The V-neck, sleeves and body are finished with a folded hem.

The pattern contains a ‘modification option’ for the body: you can choose to work the body straight or with some decreases to get a more tapered shape. It also contains 2 options to finish the folded hem detail of body and sleeves (with or without an accentuated cast off edge) and 2 options to finish the hem of the body (a hem in 1x1 rib OR a folded hem).

The idea behind this design is to have a ‘basic’ tee for which you can use many different types of yarn, always with the same gauge of course. You can add stripes to create a different style.
The Grace Tee V-neck and the ‘original’ Grace Tee (with a crew neck) have the same gauge.

The Grace Tee V-neck is an oversized tee with a positive ease of approx. 10 - 12.5 cm 4 - 4.75 inches compared to the body bust circumference. The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust circumference (of the body) of approx. 74 (84) 94 (104) 114 (124) 134 (144) 155 cm 29.25 (33) 37 (41) 45 (48.75) 52.75 (56.76) 61 inches respectively. Keep in mind that the final measurements of the tee already take these extra 10 - 12.5 cm 4 - 4.75 inches into account. Ease is a personal preference. Take the necessary measurements to determine the right size for you before you start knitting.
