Grand Bend is inspired by the patterns the wind and waves make in sand and pebbles on the shoreline. Some of my favourite summer memories are windy days by the water and cool evenings under the stars - perfect weather for a comfortable open cardigan.

Grand Bend is a relaxed open cardigan with generous length and subtle hip shaping for a flattering fit. Worked top-down from the collar, it is constructed primarily in stockinette stitch with wide textured bands and cuffs. Versatile and ideal for layering, progressive accent stripes give the sleeves a splash of colour to make it special. The body is worked flat and the sleeves are worked seamlessly from the yoke in the round.
