this bag is made of one large granny square for both the front and back in two different colors.

i used i love this yarn brand in mango and orange, but you could use any two color combinations you’d like, for example light green and dark green to make it less feminine. you also do not have to use i love this yarn, but i’ve found that acrylic yarn works best for this project. Also make the main color the darkest color.

the finished measurements for the bag face is about 9 inches tall and 9 inches wide. this bag is like a rectangular cube, so the bottom is 3 inches wide and 9 inches tall. Sides are both each about 2 inches wide and 9 inches tall. Handle is two inches wide and 22 inches tall, not including the part where it is sewn.

this pattern is not for beginners because the pattern might be a little confusing. i would say its for advanced or intermediates.

this pattern is easy to alter, except some of the rows will not be the exact same as the pattern says if you do. it is also easy to memorize, as i like to do with patterns.

Also, please don’t look for any gauge. i can’t seem to figure out how find it on a granny square, or for anything for that matter. Sorry!!!!!
