Bollard Topper can be adjusted to fit individual size bollards. Although I used chunky yarn, you can use any bulky yarn and adjust your hook for the yarn used.
Materials Needed
Paintbox Simply Chucky in
100gm Red,
100gm Black,
50gm White,
50gm gold/mustard

6mm Hook
4mm Hook
Wool Sewing Needle
Scissors

I added fur yarn to the hat by hooking through every 2nd row to make the hat look more real, but this is an optional extra and doesn’t affect the look.
