This sweet little piggie can be finished less than 2 hours! Use any weight yarn (that is the beauty of toys) and knit on DPNs a few sizes smaller than usual for that weight. I use about 10 yds DK yarn for the main color and a small bit for the face on #3 DPNs and pink wool crewel for the embroidered features. The eyes are 4 mm jet glass beads. I always stuff with wool roving as this gives the softie a terrific feel. People always ask me what’s in it cuz it feels so good. These are all just suggestions … adjust everything to your needs and stash. This is very forgiving! My little guinea pig bblheads are about 2.5” tall. They look very small but offer huge amounts of delight.
