The Hara Pillar Cardigan is knitted top-down from the shoulders with a provisional cast-on around a spare cord. The pattern includes a short video to explain this technique. The back part is knitted first, followed by the two front parts, before joining the body parts. The shaped, fitted sleeves are picked up from the arm openings.
The Indian Pillar stitch used in this pattern is an easy-to-remember 2-row repeat.
