As soon as I saw this beautiful, textured Indian Pillar stitch, I knew I wanted to create a shawl.
For the name I stayed close to my love for green yarn; Hara which means green in Hindi.

The Hara Pillar Shawl is knitted from a narrow point, with an I-cord border and increases on one side. An Indian Pillar stitch section together with a 3/1 ribbing section, it goes onward to a 1/1 ribbing border.
The triangular shape make this shawl easy to wear.

The Indian Pillar Stitch is an easy to remember repeat of 2 rows, but looks very interesting on both sides of the shawl.

Finished measurements
The shawl is available in two sizes: (Small) and Large.
