This scarf is knit using the Entrelac technique and 4 colors of yarn. These can be monochromatic or 4 different colors. You can knit this for both women and men – let the colors determine for whom it is knit. The pattern also includes instructions for optional fringe.
The entrelac rectangles are knit using Garter stitch and the edging triangles are working in stockinette stitch. It is a fun project and a good project on which to learn or improve entrelac skills.
It uses a US size 5 (3.75 mm) needle and approximately 123 yards each of 4 colors of DK weight yarn.
