> Hazelnut Shawl

Hazelnut Shawl
DESCRIPTION
The lace pattern of subtle triangles is inspired by the form of hazelnuts, translating their natural geometry into a soft, tactile knit.
The shawl is worked seamlessly in a dedicated lace pattern, beginning at the bottom tip and working back and forth across the full width towards the top edge. Increases are worked on nearly every row until the shawl reaches the desired width. Simultaneously, both the right and left edges are worked as a slipped stitch combined with a yarnover to create a neat and delicate border. The top edge is finished with a basic knitted bind off.
