i like softness and being “feminine”. I also like being strong and confident in myself.

These fingerless mitts are made with one strand of Knit Picks “Palette” and one strand of Knit Picks “Aloft” held together throughout. This makes a strong, but kitteny soft mitt. The beads are added with a tiny crochet hook with complete instructions included. (It’s easy!) The top of each mitt is lace patterned. The palm of each mitt is stockinette. There is ribbing on thumb, wrist, and top finger area.

The beads add a sophistication and even more femininity. Beading is optional. If you don’t add beads, the stitch is simply knitted without adding the bead first. The beads are size 6/0 glass seed beads.

The lace is charted. There is a separate chart for each hand, so you don’t have to mentally work backwards! The charts are large and easy to read.

You need to know how to make a yarn over, k2tog, and ssk. That’s it for the lace.

Be Feminine. Be Proud. Be Fearless.
