Due to an overwhelming amount of requests for a full written pattern of heart to heart, here it is!

Heart to heart is done using the overlay mosaic crochet technique. It might look tricky, but only consists of sc’s and dc’s and is actually very simple.

The paid version includes full written instructions for Heart to heart.
It also includes a picture tutorial of the technique itself and a tutorial for a beautiful double border to give a perfect finish to the blanket.

The pattern includes instructions on how to easily alter the width of the blanket, so you can make it any size you want, or even change it up and create a beautiful pillow, scarf etc.

Heart to heart can still be found as a free chart available in the “files” section of my Facebook group mhl crochet designs. Keep in mind - the free version is chart only.

For my version I have used:

• Color a: 1 Scheepjes whirl “cotton candy man”
• Color b: 1 Scheepjes whirl “Forbidden Fuchsia”
• Double border: 1 whirlette “Grappa”.
