SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE
The Heartbeat Stripes Shirt is worked from the top down in a main stitch pattern. First, the back yoke is worked and shaped using short rows to form the shoulder slope. Stitches are then picked up and knitted for the shoulders, which are joined with the back
to form the body. The body is worked straight down, flat (back and forth in rows). The sleeves are worked in the round on double-pointed needles or a circular needle using the Magic Loop technique. Finally, stitches are picked up to form the front bands and collar.
