Inspired by this children’s classic, this heart-shaped shawl is the perfect piece to curl up by the tree with this year. With baubles like Christmas lights, garlands, and “ribbons” for the presents, and a squishy garter stitch in a DK yarn, this shawl will keep you warm and cozy all winter.

This pattern uses approximately 300g of DK weight yarn. The sample was knit using a full 100g skein and 12 20g skeins. You can also knit this pattern using fingering weight yarn held double, if desired.
