Helion is a modular shawl design inspired by the idea of starting fresh — with warmth, light, and a positive outlook. Just like the sun rising at the beginning of a new day (or a new year), this pattern invites you to explore color, shape, and rhythm in a calm but engaging knit.

Helion is designed to be highly flexible: you can knit it in six different sizes (XS–XXL) and with any yarn weight you like. The modular construction allows you to adapt the final size to your yarn supply, making this pattern perfect for both carefully planned color combinations and spontaneous stash adventures.

Yarn Requirements
Yarn usage depends on the size you choose.
For the smallest size (XS) you will need at least:
Yarn A: approx. 300 yds
Yarn B: approx. 440 yds
You will generally need more Yarn B than Yarn A, depending on size.
